Commercial documents (agreements)

• The agreement must be signed and notarized before a notary public and include the following statement on the same page, signed by the applicant and the two witnesses: “Before me appeared personally Mr/Mrs/Ms … and witnesses Mr/Mrs/Ms … and signed this document, this day …/…/…”.
• The document must be authenticated by the Secretary of State (see the Secretary of State Websites page).
• A stamped, self-addressed return envelope.
