Required documents
- The completed marriage registration application form.
- The official American marriage certificate.
- A recent Extract of Civil Status (Ikhraj Qayd Ifradi) or a Family Extract (Ikhraj Qayd Aa’ili).
- A birth certificate for non-Lebanese spouses (an official translation to Arabic is required if the certificate is neither in English nor in French).
- A return self-addressed stamped envelope.

- $60 — affidavit for marriage certificates, provided by the Consulate General upon request
