The Consulate General of Lebanon in Los Angeles translates the following documents to English: extract of civil status (Ikhraj Qayd), Lebanese ID card, passport, judicial record, driver license, and birth, marriage, divorce and death certificates.
All civil documents must be authenticated by the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Please provide
- The original document to be translated with two additional photocopies (legalized by the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
- A letter showing the spelling of all names in Latin characters.
- A self-addressed, stamped return envelope.

- $120 — money order payable to the Consulate General of Lebanon in Los Angeles
